I love that Frank's taking heavy gravity into account here and all, but don't those Jovean slug guys have awfully scrawny arms?
Even better: the space lawnmower. At least, it could be one. I see no obvious blades, but that doesn't mean they aren't there.
Think about it!
Rather than conquering and exploiting alien planets, like in Avatar, astronauts will land and provide vital landscaping services. Considering the land area a solid surfaced Jupiter might have, well, it'd keep millions of college graduates employed for eons.
